Terms and conditions for returns

The product must be returned within 30 days from delivery.

Watches should be shipped via standard registered mail. Watch straps can be sent via regular mail.
The product must be returned unworn and undamaged. Fitting a watch is of course no problem, however, the watch strap should not be broken or bent out of shape.
Standard plastic boxes will not be replaced if broken during transport.
Please return the product in the original manufacturer’s box it came in. Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the manufacturer’s box.
We provide free return labels for US buyers.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

✦ Shipping may take longer due to your location and/or customs procedures.

✦ Some customs charge duties and/or taxes in your country. The buyer is responsible for the charges, if any.

✦ Some additional delivery charges by your local post office, lost/missing item by your local post office. They buyer is responsible for the charges, if any.

✦ USPS First Class Mail International Delivery Time: 10-30 business days.

✦ USPS Priority Mail International Delivery Time: 6-11 business days.

Exchanges

We will send a replacement product as soon as possible upon receiving your package. If the product is sold out we will issue a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be made as soon as possible upon receiving your package. Please allow 2 – 3 days for all refunds to be processed. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Complaints

dismay.band is proud to be a reputable company. We are certain that we are able to find a suitable solution for any complaint.
Please send your complaint to sales@dismay.band with ‘Complaint’ in the subject line and we will respond within 24 hours on working days.

Payment Information

Masters In Time accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Other available payment methods differ per country.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

 

Credit card

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our Payment Service Provider, Global Collect, uses state–of–the–art software to process your credit card payment safely. Global Collect checks your data with your bank in real time and only after verifying the data, they will give authorization. Global Collect is the only party that has access to the credit card data. Orders paid by credit card will be shipped within 24 hours (on working days).

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment method that allows you to pay for your order quickly and easily, without having to share your financial information every time you make a purchase. You do not need a credit card with PayPal. Visit PayPal to find out how to use it as your payment method.
